Ski in, views like no other

Waking up to breathtaking mountain vistas from my room was surreal. The ski-in/ski-out access made the entire experience seamless. Dining offered a wide variety, from delicious pastas to warming breakfasts.

Check this out, the breakfast spread was lekker! I just stuck to scrambled eggs and toast, but they had everything. The views from the room were insane, and the bar area was perfect for some post-ski dop with a cozy vibe. Super handy having ski lockers right there too!

Ag man, the shuttle service was a bit dodgy. felt like a trek getting back after a night out.

Our Double Room was nice and spacious with a huge wardrobe, but the bed was really hard and not comfortable for a good night's sleep. The decor was pretty cute, but the bathroom was compact. We had a small balcony, but it wasn’t really usable for sitting out. Definitely liked the clean look, but the mattress could use some softness to make it better.

The DJ in the bar was fantastic. the swimming pool rules were confusing.

i had a fantastic week at this hotel. the ski-in access was seamless, allowing me to hit the slopes right outside, and the food was exceptional, with creative dishes and always something new to try. the staff were attentive, making our dining experiences truly enjoyable.

The hotel has a charming alpine design with cozy areas that provided a sense of warmth and tranquility. The location allows easy access to the slopes, making it very convenient for me as a senior guest.

Request for softer mattresses for better comfort.

The overall maintenance of the hotel seems to have slipped, evident in a broken door to the balcony and an uncomfortably hot atmosphere despite turning off the heating. I found the hotel restaurant lacked flexibility, only presenting a hefty multi-course dining experience, pushing me to venture out for lighter meal options. It's also frustrating that accessing the spa incurs additional fees, making what should be a relaxing part of the experience feel like a cash grab.

Buffet meals and family-friendly atmosphere

I truly enjoyed the extensive buffet selection, particularly the homemade pasta and the variety of breakfast options, which made every meal delightful. The kids' club was a fantastic addition, keeping the little ones entertained in the evenings, and the ski-in/ski-out access made hitting the slopes so convenient, even if the location felt a bit secluded and required a trek into town. a bit more attention to room maintenance would enhance the overall experience.
